Serene Bathroom Remodel

We love remodels that really transform not just the space itself, but the way you feel about it. That’s how this bathroom remodel was! This was an older home and the bathroom was very outdated, dark, dull, and there wasn’t much space to move around. When asking the client about what they wanted in their design and elements, they said they wanted a serene day spa type feel, so that was the vision we aimed for!

Before

Here are a couple of the before photos of the bathroom. As you can tell, it’s very dark. The flooring and shower are both very outdated, and there’s not much storage space besides the small vanity. This bathroom is functional but doesn’t bring in much of a calm, serene vibe that our client wanted! Their wishlist included a double vanity, more storage, natural light, & an updated and larger shower. So, we got to work!

After

& here’s the afters! The difference is insane! As you can tell, we completely gutted this entire bathroom and changed up the whole layout. We opened up that larger window and let in more natural light. We changed the flooring to a light tile and added it up half of the wall.

On the vanity, we added alot of storage. Storage is essential because it allows for a more efficient and comfortable daily routine by maximizing the available space. 

We chose cabinetry that we thought brought out that spa like feel along with the flooring. & of course, the star of the show is the bathtub!
